Our products come from selected manufacturers. The stated characteristics (dimensions, thicknesses, performance) are those provided by the manufacturers; technical data sheets are available on request.
Safe installation
Follow the manufacturers' installation and safety instructions (protective equipment, cutting, handling of heavy loads). If in doubt, call on a professional.
Storage conditions
Store materials away from moisture, frost and direct sunlight, flat and in their original packaging until installation.
Product information
Photos are not contractual. For tiles and natural-look materials, slight variations in shade and texture from one batch to another are normal and are not a defect.
Quantity calculation
Allow a margin for cuts and waste (usually 10% for a straight layout, 15% for a diagonal layout). Ordered quantities are rounded up to the next sales unit.
